How to Track
Tracking your orders and sample requests is straightforward on BuyersConnect.ai. Once a vendor ships your products or sample kits, you can follow the process to stay updated on the estimated delivery date.
1. Check Your Email
Whenever your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email. This email contains the shipping information and a direct link to track your package online.
2. Log In to Your Dashboard
Buyers: Log in to the BuyersConnect.ai dashboard or app and go to the “Orders” or “Samples” tab. Each order will have a status indicator (e.g., “Shipped,” “In Transit,” or “Delivered”).
Vendors: From your vendor dashboard, view order statuses and update shipping details so buyers have real-time tracking information.
3. Use the Tracking Number
If your vendor or carrier provides a dedicated tracking number, you can click on the number in the dashboard or email to see the latest location of your shipment and its expected delivery date.
4. Confirm Delivery
Once your product arrives, mark it as “Received” in your dashboard. This helps maintain accurate records and simplifies reordering processes.
5. Support & Inquiries
If you encounter any issues (delays, damages, or missing packages), use the built-in messaging system in BuyersConnect.ai to contact the vendor directly. You can also reach our support team via Contact Us.
