How to Order

Welcome to BuyersConnect.ai! Our platform streamlines the way buyers discover new products and vendors reach the right retail stores. Below is a simple guide on how to place an order for product samples or purchase items directly.

1. Sign Up or Log In

Buyers: If you haven’t already, create a free account. Log in to view curated product recommendations from vendors.
Vendors: Ensure your product details are up to date so they appear in our weekly product emails to buyers.

2. Browse Products

Buyers receive a weekly email displaying top new or relevant products. Alternatively, you can log in to the BuyersConnect.ai dashboard or app to browse the full product catalog.

3. Request Samples

If you see a product that interests you, click the “Request Samples” button. Vendors will be notified automatically.
You can also request additional details about product specifications, wholesale pricing, or shipping times.

4. Confirm Purchase Orders

Once you’ve reviewed samples, you can proceed to place a formal purchase order (PO) directly on our platform or via the vendor’s preferred method.
Vendors will confirm stock availability and pricing before finalizing your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

After confirming your PO, the vendor handles shipping. You’ll receive tracking information to monitor your delivery’s progress.
